Fleet Card Fleet cards are one of the varieties of commercial or corporate credit cards issued to federal agencies and to corporations for a specific usage. Fleet cards are restricted to the expenditures associated with maintaining any fleet of vehicles. The primary advantage to federal offices and corporations afforded by usage specific corporate cards is enhanced expenditure reporting and user control.
